i have a credit card problem where huge rate of intrest late payment charges service charge service tax were charged ,any guidelines from rbi any favourable decisions to card holders

File a complaint u/s 12 of The Consumer Protection Act before the local Consumer Forum under whose jurisdiction any of the branches of the Bank situates for deficiency of service and/ or unfair trade practice.

Hi,

I think most of the times it can be solved between you and your credit card company. Usually, the companies do not want to take any chances legally, so try talking to your company and warn that you would cancel your card.

If you exhaust everything, then you can proceed as advised by Mr. Barman.

Issue a legal notice for cheating. Normally they call you for compromise mostly at adalats organised in court premises.
