498A for same person by different person

My uncle has a case against him by my brother�s wife..case is going on...my wife is also likely to file 498a against him...will his bail be cancelled?

case can be filed by any number of victims.

In this case he has to seek fresh bail and which can be opposed b your wife on several grounds including this one.
