No one answered the query, pity!!! I am not having time these days will be back to LCI after sometime and then only can answer the same.

A Place where children who are victim of war/ crime etc. are kept under the surveillance of NGO/ Govt Department and thus protecting them from further degradation/ humiliation from those persons.
