Property share

This regarding property of my father he has expired 9years back, in his name there is house now as he is no more and he has not executed any will or so , who will inherit this property at present my mother is staying in that house an I am staying in a rented house I want my share in that house but my mother is refusing to divide the property ( she is also getting army widow pension)she says it is yours ( me ) that is after her death but I want my share now . what option do I have to get my share .and how pls help in this regard
