Hello! in a DV case against me maintenance final order has been passed based on affidavits only. I have filed a revision appeal to it which is not yet started. I have paid almost 30 thousand rupees to my wife till date but I am not working also still I tried to give. Please help how can I avoid my maintenace recovery proceedings and how can I convince the lower judge till I bring a stay from appeal court. So that the lower court do not force me to pay .

Ask your lawyer to go appeal. You act immtly and proove ur income.
