Rights on property

sir you could guide me what are the rights of children born from second lady with out any marries on anchestrol properties the lady is live and husband is dead the lady was attached in year 1956 after hindu marries act1955 she have 5 children and 5 children from first married wife [first wife dead in [1955]

The children from the second marriage is equally entitled for share in father's property as the children from first marriage, though, the second wife is not entitled for any share.

In this case, the property will be devided equally between children born out of both the marriages.

Now, children whether legitimate or illegitimate are entitled to equal share in the property of the person, whether ancestral or self-acquired.
