I want to Know the detailed procedure to be followed by pvt. ltd. co. to convert the name?

What are the additional procedure to be followed by Co. if it is member of MCX and NCDEX.

in order to change the name of the company a board resolution is required to be passed by the company. thereafter you need to file the name availability form and undertake further proceeding as was done while registering a new company. once all the fomalities are complete you will receive the new COI. thereafter you need to intimate the Exchange about the name change and file application with the copy of new COI and they will update the same with or without fee as the case may be.
