Minimum Wages in Delhi

Whether Sales Commission paid to an employee is considered part of total wages paid to him, while considering Minimum Wages ?

I am paying Rs. 6000 pm as salary and Rs. 1000 as Sales Commission to him.

Whereas Minimum wages for an semi skilled worker is Rs. 6734

Sales Commission paid to an employee will not form part of his wages. Sales Commission is a separate element over and above the minimum wages.
