husband is facing charges u/sec.498-A IPC. Now wife filed petition u/sec.9 (conjugal rights in family court). Husband not interested to join due to her harassment. Please guide how to defend the case by husband and other legal options available. Please give suggestions and citations.

husband / wife having legal rights, same time wife having huge of rights in matrimonial cases, so you must prove what you have to submit in the court,so preferred.

there are so many rights provided to a wife in the Indian laws. so it is very difficult to find a way at this stage. wife started the proceedings of restitution of conjugal rights and dowry case simultaneously. so it is for your benefit to patch up the matter with your wife and join her.
