dear sir, i was selected for a defence govt job and police verification was also clear and then due to quarrel with my wife she got depressed and commited suicide and initialy 174 case was booked on my complaint and their came logged a dowry death case on me and case altered and police sent me remand and got a bail and their parents submitted a fir copy to defence company and they withheld my post becoz yet i've not joined the job so my querry is it possible to getthatjobif getaccuited in thatcasewil i get

will i get that job if the company disqualifies me becoz my appointment was provisional , then where to approach , high court or tribunal

and case is a fake case , becoz my wife wrote a suicide letter in that she mention my husband or no one responsible for her death but her claims that letter was not written by her daugther , so police sent it for forensic lab but yet 6 months passed charge sheet was put up on my case i got conditional bail , i applied for relaxation but judge was not sanctioning relaxation and saying ask to police to submit thecharge sheet but police was not interestedtodoso,and judgenotdismissingmypetition,justadjouring

since six i'm i have no job due to conditional bail in this case, is their any possible to file a petition for quashing this case
