Appeal before SC

When the accused is acquitted in trial court (cheque bounce case). High Court also confirms the acquittal. Whether the appeal to SC needs High Court’s Permission or not?

It is concurrent findings of two court below. I think SC will not interfere.

There is no need of High Court's permission in Supreme Court,where a S.L.P. can be filed.
