Now the next date of hearing is fied for PW . kindly advice me what I have to do now.
I want that she should be punished as per the law. Is there any one who was punished under this section so far.

How can you file complaint? you can only request to court to take legal step against wife or to file complaint against your wife. In such cases only the concerned court before which offence was committed may be complainant?
If the court is complainant, you must provide all necessary facts and relevant documents in your evidence.

It is better to prepare your side for giving evidence against her.
