can anybody tell me the stamp duty payable for gifting a property by father to his minor children

1. Stamp duty is 1% (Maximum Rs.10,000/-)
2. Registration fee is 1% (Max Rs.2,000/-)

This is for settlement deed by a father to his son/ daughter out of love and affection
