how to share family property(Christians)

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 03 July 2010 This query is : Resolved
The property is in the name of the father and he is dead leaving wife and eight children how do they share the property of abt 680sq.yards.

If there is a legal heir document in favour of the nine and out of them one is dead how do we still share this property.

can any one of the children or two or more take a GPA from the rest of the shareholders and continue to develop the property.

If a GPA is possible how do we go about it? is a momorandum of understanding between the nine necessary.

await for a reply.

All living persons as stated get a share in the property. The deceased's heirs, if any get the deceased's share otherwise the others get it.
