Regarding flat registration

i am going to purchase a FLAT aging 10years and the vendor document has been documented as follows:In the stamp paper Schedule - A: 731.16 Sq. ft. out 5400 Sq. Ft. and Schedule - B: about the building only they were mentioned house, electicity, common deposit, house tax and other common aminities respect to the common Flat. But in the annexture they were mentioned UDS as 731.16 Sq. Ft. as said above. But regarding building area they mentioned 731.16 Sq. Ft. while cross verifing with the building through manual measurement build up area comes 786.10Sq. Ft. proportionate % on built up area that 13.54% (out of 5808.80Sq. ft.full building for 8 houses) as well as the common area comes 109.85 Sq. ft(13.54%)( out of 811.40 Sq.Ft. full common area for 8 houses and the extra area provide on request is 48.15% total salable flat area comes 944.10Sq. Ft. is available build up area the same has not mentioned in the document. It has been wrongly mentioned as 731.16Sq. ft. But we have to mention the building details as available in my register document. What is the necessary step has to be taken for the same, to avoid future problems.

You can mention the area contained in the parent title deed. Since you are in possession of a larger area,it does not pose any problem.
