Order for cost

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 01 June 2010 This query is : Resolved
In a dismissal order against review petition (trial court) states "Application for review of order dated 15.4.10 is dismissed being devoid of any merit with cost of Rs.2000/ to be deposited in DLSA".
Since no date has been stated in the order to deposit the cost, please advice:
a) if the cost has to be deposited within a certain time;
b) if I decide to file an application for Revision to HC do I have to still deposit the costs.

Many thanks

IN CASE YOU ARE FILING PETITION TO THE HIGH COURT THEN YOU NEED NOT DEPOSIT THE COST AND PRAY FOR STAY AND QUASHING BOTH THE JUDGEMENTS AND COST.

BUT IN CASE YOU ARE NOT APPROACHING HIGH COURT THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY COST .PLEASE NOTE.
YOU MAY WRITE AND SEND DETAILS IN CASE ANY FURTHER HELP IS REQUIRED.
WITH BEST REGARDS TO YOU YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
THANKING YOU

a) Not needed to deposit any cost to DLSA as there is no mentioning of date in the said order.

b) Even for revision/appeal of the said order, cost need not be deposited
