forced absence to contract labour

The service and employment of contract labour is protected by stay order of High Court.In such a situation whether the contractor can give forced absence thereby denying wages to the contract labourer.please give citations if the answer is "no"

Contractor can deduct wages on the ground of absence. Stay order do not mean protection of full wages even without coming to duty. Dealing of absence and its consequences cannot become subject matter in the matter pending before HC.

BUT IN THIS CASE, THE CONTRACTOER COMPULSORILY DENY EMPLOYMENT FOR A PARTICULAR DAY THUS FORCED ABSENCE.THE LABOUR NEVER ABSENTED FOR DUTY.PL.CLARIFY-ESAKKIMUTHU
