My father got life sentence from lower court due to false murder case alligation on false testimony by someone from lower court we had given petition of bail in allahabad highcourt. It almost 3 years but still we are not getting date on nearby no it listed 190 or 360 case no inside the court what should I do I got fed up with this need to suicide please can someone advise how to get the file no on top 20. And my father case is 24 years back

Determine if the delay is truly excessive and unreasonable, considering the nature of the case, the court's workload, and other relevant factors.
File a writ of mandamus with the High Court, requesting an order directing the bench of the same high court to hear and decide the bail application.
If the delay is severe, consider filing a bail application based on Article 21, arguing that the prolonged incarceration without a fair and speedy trial violates the accused's constitutional rights.
