How should I maintain a citation book, enabling me to refer the same as and when I get a case over the same or similar subject? Also, how should I update the said citation book, whenever new judgments are published over the same subject matter?
Parveen Kr. Aggarwal (Expert) 07 March 2010
You can maintain such a book having statutewise and provisionwise and can update it from time to time.

First of all you tell your view what you think then ask whether any better solution can be arrived at or not.

You are now a law graduate and advocate so try to use your own mind and if you feel any difficulty then ask something. Do you think this is a question to be raised before experts????????
B K Raghavendra Rao (Expert) 07 March 2010
Classify the citations and keep in separate files. It is very simple and need not scratch your head over how to organise the same. It is only by experience you shall get accustomed to that.
