Alias name in passport

Hello,

My name in passport (as per Birth cert.) "Vasimbhai Dilipkumar Ajmeri", but in my all other documents like Leaving Cert., Degree Cert. name as "Vasim Dilipbhai Ajmeri".

Is it possible to change my name according my Leaving/Degree Cert or any other document?

Please help me out. Thank you in advance!

you can approach passport office and pay charges and correct your name in the passport
