How to come back from management cadre to work men cadre

Dear sir,

Earlier i working in workmen cadre up to 2015-16. In the year 2016-17 i came to management cadre and i have given acceptance letter to the management to transfer from workmen to management.
Now i want go back to workmen cadre Please tell me suggestion please

is there any legal complications ?
