Main Grounds of eviction in the Rent Legislations:

1. Non-payment of rent.
2. Bona fide personal necessity.
3. Sub-letting.
4. Changer of user.
5. Building becoming Unsafe or unfit for human habitation.
6. Ceased to occupy.
7. Material Impairment of value and utility of the building.
8. Nuisance.
