Hi All,
As per standing orders act our company has announced 10 days minimum holidays, but if mandatory 3 holidays come on sunday then company has to give another extra compensatory holidays or employees will be liable only for 7 days holidays in a year?
Please clarify this with applicable relevant laws.

If the holidays in question are granted under the provisions of a certified standing order and if the standing order does not specify anything about a substitute holiday then the holidays will be only seven days in the instant case.
