we are two sisters with no brothers.my mother passed away first followed by my father.he had holdings in shares in demat account of huf.how can we sisters claim the same.as the demat authority is asking for legal heir certificate or competent legal document

2) Insist for giving AAffidavit
3) Give Indemnity Bond might solve yr problem
