यदि किसी मुकदमें की विवेचना की केस डायरी में विवेचक दरोगा प्रर्याप्त अभिलेख एंव मौखिख साक्ष्य होने के बावजूद एफ0आर0 लगा देता है तो क्या वादी उस दरोगा के विरूद्व कानूनी कार्यवाही कर सकता है।
