No, only those goods u can purchase against C-declaration forms, which are enumerated under section 8(3)(b) of the CST Act,1956

Trade mark can be purchased against C Form for resale since the Trade mark is good.

I agree with the views of expert Mr. R.K.Jain, there s nothing wrong in it, the clause referred by expert Mr. Sanjeeva Rao do not restrict such purchase neither it is have any relevance to the author's query.
