i have been falsely implicated in a case U/s 498a,307'323'504'506 and 3/4 DP Act
sir in this case judge called me and my parents for charge then our lawyer filed an discharge application according sec. 228 because section 307 is not proved due to simple injury in medical report no x Ray report but respected judge dismissed and ordered for the charge in the same sections it was said by my lawyer that if judge doesn't remove sec 307 then we will go to high court it will be removed in high court then i talked to a lawyer of high court but he said no relief can be given on this
and my problem is this that this judge is angry with me i don't know why that's i am afraid of him i had date for the argument for 228 on strike of lawyers i gave application for my parents that coz of traffic and riot my parents are not able to come in the court then he called steno of him and said type the order for NBW for my parents and i was said to call my lawyer . i said coz of strike he can not come but he refuse then i talked to my lawyer and then bar council president and others talked to judge then judge gave me next day date he is angry with me so what should i do now
and what about discharge application

He is not angry with you. May be in all cases parties were absent on that day. So it irritated him.
Approach through lawyer on the next date. All will be in your favour.
