Exclusion from ancestral property

(Querist) 03 September 2013 This query is : Resolved
Hi,
I am a Muslim sunni.
My Father wants to exclude my from the property which is purchased by my great grand father. and wants to distribute in his two daughters only. can he do this.
I have no right in the said property?
Dr. Jyothi Vishwanath (Expert) 04 September 2013
You and your sisters have no right in the property. Till father is alive, he has full rights. He can gift it to your sisters. You cannot do anything. All this holds good, if your grandfather has already expired.
Advocate Ravinder (Expert) 05 September 2013
I completely agree with Dr.Jyohti vishwanath.

Rightly advised by Dr. Jyoti Vishwanathan.
