My question is
1)Is a revenge case good groud for qushing ?
2)If quash fail, would get speedy trial order ?
My lawer says i would get any one of 1 or 2

Quashing may not be possible, you have to contest the cases of 498a, 406 and 34 of IPC on merits. Approximately it may take 3 to 4 years to complete the cases.
