Lal dora properties in delhi

Hello All
I am looking for purchase the property in South Delhi.
So as I am looking for 1 BHK with low cost so as on average various properties are available in South delhi but they are said to LAL Dora properties,even though I am getting the Registry for the same , and as per the builder I will get the Home loan from nationalized bank as well..
So please assist that whether it is good to purchase the property in LAL Dora and how registry would be done will that be authentic and never demolished by government.
I saw a latest link in ET for approving the LAL dora properties by government how i would get to know that whether the property which I am looking for is coming under this rule or not?

you can go ahead and purchase the property . lal dora land was supposedly to be used for non agricultural purposes only for supporting live stock etc . there used to be red thread lal dora dividing line separating it from agricultural land . lal dora was exempt from building bye laws and strict construction norms and regulations as required under delhi muncipal act . the thin divind line has disappeared over time and today prime areas in delhi are prat of lal dora lands

New Delhi: In a major initiative, the Delhi government has taken an "in-principle" decision to regularise all colonies which came up on extended Lal Dora land, benefiting lakhs of residents in rural areas of the city.
Regularisation of the colonies will help residents get their properties registered and carry out construction works after approval of building plans.
Officials said the government was considering abolishing Rule 81 of the Land Acquisition Act, which will mean that villages in the national capital would no longer be apprehensive of getting notices under the provision.
"The Urban Development department will bring separate cabinet notes for regularisation of colonies in extended Lal Dora and restricting use of Rule 81," an official said.
They said as per existing norms under the Act, no agricultural land can be used for construction of houses and other purposes but lifting of the restriction would pave way for building flats on those land.
"Delhi Government is committed to fulfil its promise in respect of regularisation of extended Lal Dora. For this purpose, a cabinet note would be prepared and produce before the council of ministers very soon," Urban Development Minister Arvinder Singh Lovely said about regularisation of colonies in extended Lal Dora.
He said a separate cabinet note will be brought before the Cabinet on restricting use of Rule 81 of the Land Acquisition Act to provide relief to residents of urbanised villages.
The residents of the villages have been demanding removing the provision of not allowing agricultural land for other purposes.
Lovely said Revenue Department would soon review the mandatory requirement for production of No Objection Certificate (NOC) on land status report for sale and transfer of properties in unauthorised colonies and extended Lal Dora.
"Removal of production of the NoC from the Revenue department will bring a great relief to the residents of these colonies," the official said.
The government had allowed sale and purchase of properties in unauthorised colonies which came up on private land provided production of NoC from revenue department.
