I think orders provided under Shops & Establishment Act cannot be executed under 33C (2) of Industrial Disputes Act becs circumstances under which 33 c (2) can be imposed have clearly been mentioned in ID Act wherein Shops & Establishment Act is not mentioned.riven

sir, order of shops & establishment authorty the entitlement has been earlier adjudicated & labour courts are executing court u/s 33-C(2) I.D.act.as per 1995(1)SCC 235 M.C.Delhi Vs Ganesh Razek.what forum authority shops & estalishment order execute.???
