sir my car was parked at roadside without any occupant and a truck hit it from back and further rammed it into a electric transformer. in this a child got injured and my car was badly damaged, FIR was registered. my question is can i file a claim in the MACT for compensation against the truck driver and owner for the damages of my vehicle.
kindly advise. also cite some supreme court judgement in this regard.

my insurance co. has paid only half of the amount for the bills. but i want to go for the driver and insurance co. of the offending vehicle for the wrong committed by them. kindly provide me with some supreme court judgement on this aspect
