Hindu succession act

(Querist) 06 August 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Sir , An employee raised an ID over his dismisal. During the pendency of the Reference he died and his eldest son was substituted. Now the Labour Court has passed an Award holding the dismissal was not justified and the subsituted legal heir is entitled to recive all the back wages. Now can the other legal heirs claim their proportionate share in the back wages which is a property.

yes, all the legal heirs will share equal share in the share
