Dear Experts,

In my cousin SSC certificate his Initial is missing. He has appeared the exam in 2012. Please suggest the complete procedure.

He stays in Nizamabad so please suggest detailed procedure so that he he can come and do the same.

best way you go to Gazette publication, and issue notification aforesaid reason, thats all. you meet them they will help you.

SSC Certificate may not be changed.
