Illegal use of poa

Dear All
My grandfather had agricultural land in gujarat. Some people have transfered it in 1989 in their name using POA . My grandfather had died in 1984.

1. The POA is required to be seen - to know whether it was coupled with interest or not. If it was, it is not revoked even by death. If it was not- then the transaction is bad.

2. If what you mean is that POA was forged - in any case sale is bad.

File a suit for declaration.

You mean I should file a suit for declaration ( for him to declare on what basis he has changed the ownership?)
