Respected sir i had a question that my mother is died without any will and house in which iam living is in her name we dont have any property documents,i applied for house hold energy meter but the officers are asking property papers which i dont have,so how can i get the duplicate copy of property.
(i had another brother he has his own house and he refused to sign the documents relating to my house,the house is a private property but not housing board)

above said house is housing board or private land ? confirm me, if you have influence to register office check with there

Dear Jameer,

Go the sub-registrar/Land Revenue Departments and seek certified copies of land records. Better hire a local counsel to get the complete bunch for you.
