Hi All,
I am working a Software Company in Noida. I want to leave this job and my notice period is 3 Months. I serve it for a month and planned to buy 2 months notice period. As per my knowlegde, it should be Basic Salary + DA but my company is taking on gross salary (i.e including HRA , LTA).
I want to know, Is it legal to include HRA also. If not, can you please help on this issue. Can I legally get rid of paying HRA.

Buyout is Basic salary +DA. If the company insists on anything more than this, send a legal notice to it.

Notice period buy out shall be equivalent to earning per month as if you were on job. Definitely it will include HRA as well.
