Share broker made loss

Hello,
My mother once went to a broker to open demat. He insisted her to invest and said that he will give profit.
He himself traded in intraday , he fooled my mother saying that we are earning profit and took more money. And finally we came to know that he had lost all money of ours. He fooled us for many days said that i have kept some days and then we got a call from broking firm that your money is no more.

You can try your luck in the consumer forum.
But given the nature of the business as speculative one I do not see much merit in it.
