st women has been harrased and raped.ipc 354,376 and sc st atrocity section 3(1)xi ,3(1)xii are both applicable to this offence or only IPC .WHICH IS POWER FULL TO FIR FOR THIS OFFENCE PLS EXPLAIN HOW TO PROCEED.
