Acrylic car park cover

Dear Sir,

I have a couple of queries regarding my car park. I purchased an apartment in 2007 when the builder sold the car park of 50 sq feet at the same rate as the flat's.
Query 1: Can a builder sell a car park separately ?
Query 2: I was allotted / promised a stilt car park. To my shock the car park was not covered with concrete but with an acrylic sheet. Can this car park be construed as a covered stilt car park for which I have paid 2 lacs ?

Query1: Yes, it can be sold.

Query 2: I am not so sure. Better consult a local lawyer dealing with such cases.
