The Judicial Magistrate has rejected a bail application (offence Sec 379). Whether a revision u/sec 397 of CrPC, to the District & Sessions Judge, is permissible

no revision is possible but you may file a fresh petition before the Sessions Judge under Section 439 Cr.P.C praying for bail of the accused.
