i want to know that what is the procedure to view the tihar jail.i want to know that can any one visit it or there is some kind of special permission which is to be taken.

please tell me all relevant information in this context.

The easiest way is if you have committed any big crime, you can be a guest at the Tihar jail.............lol, just kidding, yes you need special permission to visit the Tihar jail, however can I know the purpose of your visit.

go to the district magistrate office,file an appication regarding to visit the jail with the 2 rupees of revenue stamp.
