Demanded f.i.r. but police did made compromise !

Against a boy complaint(not F.I.R) was lodged by a girl in police. Police called him and made his father write under pressure that if will commit suicide he will only be responsible for his son and not the girl. The boy didn't gave in writing to the police closed his palm and after lots of trying by cops he didn't open his palms so they threaten his father and made him write in place of the boy.

As, it is a case of relationship cheating by the girl side so the girl want to be on safe side and wanted that letter to be with her for safety in case boy commits suicide after her and mention her in suiicde note.

Boy was demanding F.I.R but police beated him for around 2 to 3 hours by wooden basebal bat and infinite slaps and punches. Though the boy is in real love with that girl so was not feling pain of police beatings as such but gave into depression and is currently under medication.

What to do?
Whether boy's father anyhow get free from the liability of what police made him write, how?
How can that girl be made liable for legal proceedings ?

it is a case of violation of human rights. Knock the door of the State human rights commission and file a case against police officials involved before a criminal court as soon as possible.
