I have filed a petition for maintenace u/s 125 .
01 If I forbid him to use my address whether I am eligible to get maintenance or not.
01 If I disown him then whether I will be able to get benefit of 125 Cr PC

if a wife want to get maintainence u/s 125 Cr. p.c she has to prove that her husband intentionally not provide any maintainece and the wife has no source of income. If you can prove those two points in the court you will get maintainance. But the quantum on maintenance will be decided on merit.

Forbidding to use your address would not have any adverse effect on your claim. while disowning of your son may have direct effect on your maintenance claim.
