Licencee

(Querist) 07 May 2012 This query is : Resolved
how suit valuation can be done and what will be the court fee in a case for eviction of a licencee or caretaker and for getting the possession of the property when no monthly amount was fixed in licence.
V R SHROFF (Expert) 08 May 2012
Depend on which court, State wise court fee differ.

Not possible you gave your premises w/o fixing compensation.

Calculate App Market Rent, in your area, , multiply by 12, as annual rent + reasonable deposit, is your valuation for suit.
Add a sentence, that court fee, id determined higher by court, u r willing and ready to pay the same.
