Possession

can a person claim a possessory right over the leased property (factory over land) situated at midc area if he have a long possession for 18 years? or what remedies can be sought?

A person who is a lessee is a person who is in permissive possession (in possession by the consent of the person) and can by no length of time acquire any title/right or interest by adverse possession.
