New website

I propose to start a new website which requires a disclaimer notice as well as relevant legal protection from visitors as well as the members who would register on the site. As it also will deal with career planning and use assesment tests - there are other disclaimers which will be required

I am looking for a legal expert to draft these for me on consulation basis - please provide the charges and fees required and the minimum expertise (experience) that I should look forward from a legal expert to be able to proceed immediately
