Judicial intervention

(Querist) 02 March 2012 This query is : Resolved
I suspect that the police lodged FIR related to a self-accident 24 days later, only to fake a collision with another vehicle so that insurance money can be claimed.
Charge sheet is filed in criminal court, and a claim petition before motor accident Claims Tribunal.
The driver of the so called offending vehicle is very old and on the verge of death. (It was arranged that way). Magistrate in criminal court has deliberately delayed the dates for over one year now, expecting the driver to die any day.
can we refer this to the High Court or any other judicial authority to control the fraud in judiciary?

You can move HC for day to day trial.

How can you describe the given instance as an alleged 'fraud in judiciary'?

Police lodged FIR at belated stage, challan put before court and the trial is going on. How a court can ban police not to file any challan against an old person if he in the eyes of police is an accused?

You have even not told your locus standi in this matter.

All your statements are ambiguous. You say you suspect then say the police have lodged FIR 24 days later. All these point out that somewhere in this you are also connected but you are not giving out correct details. To get a correct opinion kindly provide full particulars without beating around the bush.
