This query is : Resolved
In most of the cases all of us suggested to write down any agreement rental or lease agreements on Rs.100/- denomination of NON JUDICIAL STAMP paper why Rs.10/- Rs.20/- or Rs.50/- denominations of NON JUDICIAL STAMP papers not considered for preparation of document? Is there any provision of law or on mandate to use Rs.100/- denomination papers in agreements?
Please clarify..

Any stamp duty payment requirement should be
legally decided only on the basis of state legislation made in this regard.Agreement you mention should also follow the same procedure if they are to be called sufficiently stamped.

Sir,
Please clarify the value of the agreement mentioned as Rs.50,000/-. Is there any provision of law? As far Sec.17 of registration act 1908 if the agreement is either 12 months are more it should be got registered. Is the same what provision/s of law specify the Non Judicial stamp papers coated in use for agreements kinds of agreements or worth of the agreements for a particular.
