(Querist) 23 February 2012 This query is : Resolved 
My friend was driving on a Toll paid highway in his lane , where he was driving with other vehicles in his left lane and someone who was already having vision problems suddenly crossed roads and accident was there, person crossing highway died ,, how can my friend prove he was not rash and negligent?

NHAI is not bound to provide safety to all and especially vehicles paying toll tax?
